By booking an appointment at Tips312, you are agreeing to these policies.

Late Policy

Here at Tips312, we strictly enforce a 12-minute late policy. In the event of a late arrival, we will have you serviced by the next available tech, or we will have to reschedule your appointment. No exceptions.

Children 

In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them. Our nail techs work with hazardous chemicals, e-files, implements and other tools/materials that can be very dangerous for a young child. Please have your child seated in a separate chair.

Specialty Services

Our specialty services include Tooth Gems, Waxing, Lashes and Brow enhancements services will require an appointment. At this time, we are not taking walk-ins for specialty services.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are not satisfied with our work, you have 24 hours to reach out to our management team. You can reach us directly at info@tips312.com to discuss further details. Please attach pictures for a better understanding of the situation. 

Repairs

  • Chipping of the gel polish, lifting, & peeling are rare but may occur in unique circumstances. If this is the case, please send a detailed email including pictures to us directly at info@tips312.com within 48 hours of your appointment so that we can assess. After 48 hours there is no guarantee of a complementary repair.

  • Regular polish is not guaranteed.

  • You will be responsible for paying the full price for nail repair if you are the reason your nail polish is chipping. 

  • The gel polish costs do NOT include nail art or design that may have previously been on the nail needing repair or replacement. If you wish to have the design replaced this will be an additional charge based on the design chosen by the client.

  • We are not responsible for fill in services. If your original set was not done at Tips 312 we do not repair under any circumstances. For polish issues refer our first repair bullet point.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:

  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.

  • Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area

  • Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service.

  • Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our team members and other customers.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time.

At TIPS312, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for every client. To maintain our high standards of service, we include a $5 service fee with each service. This fee helps cover the cost of quality products, equipment maintenance, and ongoing training for our talented nail technicians. We appreciate your understanding and support in ensuring that every visit to TIPS312 is a luxurious and pampering experience.

Payments

We are a cashless business. We accept all major cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash app. You are welcome to tip our techs with cash or debit/credit.
